Hangin' Out With My Peeps
One of my favorite sweet treats (that just happens to be made in the USA) is all dressed up for the holidays and I'm taking this opportunity to incorporate them into my decorating. When I was out shopping this week and found Peeps marshmallow candies in snowman, tree, star, reindeer and gingerbread shapes it was all I could do not to tear into the packaging and eat them on my drive home. However, I restrained myself and instead decided to use them as an edible garnish to dress up some goodies. I left the gingerbread men and the reindeer intact in rows of three and put them on all sides of a bowl of cookies (with some Bogdon's peppermint stcks added in the corners of the bowl) and then thought that they would be adorable on a cupcake as well. Here are the results of my decorating...
It's starting to feel like the holidays now!
