Flour Power

After picking up more of my favorite dipping oil I needed to get some really delicious bread to enjoy it. The best I know is made locally at Heidelberg Bakery...

I picked up some Italian and some Sourdough bread and was very pleased to see a marking on the sourdough package that says it is made with locally grown and milled flour from New York State.


 

Excellent! One more reason to feel great about enjoying this delicious bread!
